Insurance Dynasty was founded in 2022 by Ledys Morales and Mirna Perez, two Cuban-American women with a shared commitment to protecting families, businesses, and futures. As family by marriage and partners in business, they bring together different strengths and one united mission: make insurance simpler, smarter, and more personal.
Mirna and Ledys immigrated to the United States in 2011 and 2018, eventually settling in Tampa, Florida. Like many immigrant families, they started from scratch and worked their way up, supporting other family ventures along the way. One of those ventures, Home Therapist (a residential HVAC and plumbing company), showed them firsthand the risks small businesses face and the critical role the right insurance coverage plays in long-term success.
That experience became the foundation for Insurance Dynasty. We're not just here to sell policies. We're here to help clients make confident, informed decisions that protect what matters most. From navigating complex commercial coverage to securing peace of mind at home, we offer practical guidance and honest advice in both English and Spanish.
